We asked Lauren to share a little about her journey, the benefits of breathwork, and what to expect in her new Scout Breathwork classes.
I first found Pilates on Youtube when I was a mere teenager! So funny to think about that now being cramped in my bedroom planking and crunching.
If you’re fairly new to yoga and have never heard of the term “Yin yoga” before or if you’ve attended a yin yoga class before and felt anxious about the idea of doing “nothing” don’t worry, you’re not alone!
