the tended earth: a sanctuary for carrying loss
Join Kate Robertson for a slow, deliberate 3-hour gathering to explore the nature of grief and honor loss in a safe, non-performative space. This immersive experience blends grounding meditation, guided journaling, an optional nature-based creative ritual, and somatic rest, to gently guide you into a sanctuary to step out of rumination and honour what has mattered deeply to you.

prenatal night: mat class + panel talk
Calling all parents-to-be! We understand that pregnancy & postpartum come with huge transformations, both physically and emotionally. To help you feel more prepared for life after birth, we’re hosting a special evening in collaboration with top industry experts, covering all aspects of the fourth trimester. We'll be discussing physical recovery, breastfeeding, newborn sleep, emotional wellbeing, matrescence, the role of partners and support people, and adjusting to a new pace of life.
August 22
breathe better, sleep better
Join Lauren Wainer for a hands-on breathwork session designed to pull your nervous system out of overdrive and into real rest. Shallow, fast, chest-led breathing keeps your nervous system locked in a low-grade stress response. You feel it as tension, fatigue, brain fog, and that constant sense that you can't quite switch off. The good news: you can change it, in a single session.
September 5
yin and hot stones
Our Yin + Hot Stone Therapy specialty class is a practice of passively held poses and calming breath work which induces deep relaxation, natural healing and restores balance. Volcanic stones are heated to a comfortable temperature and placed on your body in a variety of poses.
