What to expect
This immersive experience blends grounding meditation, guided journaling, an optional nature-based creative ritual, and somatic rest, to gently guide you into a sanctuary to step out of rumination and honour what has mattered deeply to you.
Throughout your time together, Kate will hold a steadfast container of privacy and silence – there is no pressure to share, perform, or have your feelings sorted. Simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to be witnessed.
You’ll leave with practices you can return to and no experience is necessary.
You’re invited to bring along a small token of your loss, and something that embodies the feeling of home to you.
What you can expect:
This workshop is for anyone carrying grief or loss of any kind – and the quiet exhaustion of holding it together while hurting privately.
Parking information
Entry is through the security gates opposite Redfern Park. Head left into the second courtyard to find our multi-level studio. Accessibility
At Redfern our ground-floor studios are accessibility friendly — please book Reformer Studio 1 or Mat Studio 2. Upstairs spaces (Yoga Studio 3, Reformer Studio 4, sauna and ice bath) have stair access only. If the security gate is locked, it will open 15 minutes before class. You can also buzz the intercom inside the gate or check your booking confirmation for the entry pin.
