A two-hour Restorative Yoga immersion
As the pace of the season softens, winter invites us to draw our energy inward, slow down, and reconnect with a quieter rhythm.
Join Rosie Robinson for a two-hour immersion designed to help you move with the season rather than against it. Together, you’ll explore rest as a practice in itself through Restorative Yoga. Supported by props, the body is gently held in long, unhurried poses while breath awareness and meditation guide you into deeper layers of stillness. There is nothing to achieve here. Only to arrive.
If you’ve been feeling the quiet pull to step out of the usual momentum, even just for a little while, you are warmly invited to join us.
