Join Mandi Rose for an exploration of the advanced reformer repertoire where we slow things down, break complex exercises apart, and rebuild them with clarity, strength, and confidence.
event info
Together we’ll workshop challenging movements, play with progressions, and experiment with the mechanics behind the classical exercises. By unpacking the details, you’ll discover how advanced exercises actually work and how to access them with more control and ease.
Come ready to move, ask questions, experiment, and expand what’s possible on the reformer. Best suited for experienced practitioners. Socks are required.
Parking information
Located just across from Enmore Park, we are a 7 minute walk from the Marrickville Metro and accessible by bus routes 423, 426, 428, and 430. You can also take a gentle 19 minute walk from Newtown train station. There is street parking available on Enmore Rd, Llewellyn St, and other neighbouring streets.
