When we say our hips are “tight”, what do we really mean? And in which direction?

If healthy hips move in six different ways, understanding these pathways can help us identify and gently unlock, areas of restriction.

Join Sandy King in this workshop, as they explore hip mobility through the lens of skeletal variation, habitual movement patterns, and energetic blockages. You’ll learn how to safely expand your range of motion over time, with clarity and intention.

This Jivamukti workshop also includes mantra chanting, hands-on assists (with consent), a full vinyasa sequence, and an uplifting soundtrack.

This is your chance to deepen your practice in a warm and welcoming environment. All levels welcome, some yoga experience will be helpful as a reference point.
