Calling all parents-to-be! We understand that pregnancy & postpartum come with huge transformations, both physically and emotionally. To help you feel more prepared for life after birth, we’re hosting a special evening in collaboration with top industry experts, covering all aspects of the fourth trimester. We’ll be discussing physical recovery, breastfeeding, newborn sleep, emotional wellbeing, matrescence, the role of partners and support people, and adjusting to a new pace of life.

What to expect
If you are a birthing parent, join us for a nurturing Prenatal yoga class at 5:45pm to mindfully breathe and move your body. Following the class, at 6:45pm, you will get to enjoy a relaxed panel discussion featuring Dr. Eliza Hannam (GP & certified lactation consultant from Nurtured Medical), Anna Scammell (Women’s Health Physiotherapist from The Whole Mother), and Mazz Napier (Postpartum Doula from The Bond Wellbeing). These seasoned professionals will share invaluable insights and tips in their areas of expertise covering pregnancy and postpartum. This panel discussion is open to all parents.

Parking information
Located between Goodsell and May Streets we are an easy walk from 3 train stations. 2 minutes walk from St Peters Station, 16 minutes walk from Erskineville Station and 17 minutes walk from Newtown Station. There is street parking available on Goodsell and neighbouring streets as well as in the carpark at Sydney Park (on King Street) just opposite the studio.
Accessibility
Our St Peters studio is street level with ground floor accessible Reformer Studio 1, bathrooms and reception areas. Studio 2 (mat and yoga) as well as our additional Reformer Studio 3 and Private Studio are located on a split level down 5 stairs with railings.
What should I wear / bring?
Wear something comfortable you can move in. For anything extra, check the event description.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you can settle into the space before we begin.
Will photos be taken during the workshop or event?
We occasionally capture moments at our workshops and events. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let our team know — no problem at all.
