What to expect

Throughout this two-hour journey, Mandi and Chris will guide you into the energy of the Root Chakra, cultivating feelings of safety, stability, and connection. Through the warmth of hot stones, therapeutic foot massage, gentle restorative yoga, and immersive sound healing, participants will be invited to release tension and return to a state of calm presence.

The sound experience will also feature the deep resonance of the medicine drum. Used across many cultures for healing, ceremony, and community gathering, its steady vibrations invite a sense of trust and grounding, reconnecting us to our origins, the rhythm of the heartbeat, and the pulse of the Earth beneath us.

Leave feeling calmer and deeply restored.
No experience is necessary – simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to rest and receive.
