Join Amiee Robinson for this hands-on mat workshop that brings the magic of props into your practice.
Discover why the Magic Circle is truly magic, explore how the block can transform your footwork, and experience how the ball can help you connect more deeply to your body. Combining traditional and contemporary exercises, this 2 hour session will leave you feeling more centred, connected and supported in your mat practice.
Some mat experience is welcomed but not necessary – just bring your curiosity.

Parking information
Located just across from Enmore Park, we are a 7 minute walk from the Marrickville Metro and accessible by bus routes 423, 426, 428, and 430. You can also take a gentle 19 minute walk from Newtown train station. There is street parking available on Enmore Rd, Llewellyn St, and other neighbouring streets.
Accessibility
Our Marrickville studio is fully accessible. This studio is ground level with no stairs.
What should I wear / bring?
Wear something comfortable you can move in. For anything extra, check the event description.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you can settle into the space before we begin.
Will photos be taken during the workshop or event?
We occasionally capture moments at our workshops and events. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let our team know — no problem at all.
