Scout Studios, nestled in the heart of Redfern, is a fresh and vibrant space dedicated to fostering creativity, community, and personal growth through a range of expert-led classes and immersive experiences. We recently had the pleasure of speaking with Lucy, the Founder and Owner of Scout Studios, about the new space.

Scout Studios strongly focuses on being a fun, inclusive and accessible place to practice Pilates for all fitness levels.

This beloved pilates studio, is decked out with the most divine Finnish sauna you could imagine. There’s also an ice bath to alternate between heat and cold for the full experience.

These classes are infrared-heated and focus on control, breath and strength. The studio also champions inclusivity and community, with instructors who are welcoming, skilled and unpretentious.

An intimate retreat at Scout Studios, bringing together skin, body and connection. From pilates and sauna therapy to ice baths and skin education, every detail was designed to leave attendees glowing, inside and out.
