THE MAGIC OF MAT: A Progressive Matwork Series

WORKSHOP

Saturday 7th February 1:30pm - 3:30pm with Amiee Robinson

Whether you joined our first Magic of Mat workshop or you’re jumping in fresh, this workshop is designed as the foundation for our upcoming mat series this year.

Join Amiee to revisit key matwork principles before progressing into more dynamic, flowing sequences - building strength, control, and confidence on the mat. If you attended the first workshop, this will deepen and expand what you’ve already learned. If not, you’ll be fully supported to start here.

You’ll also be introduced to creative movement inspired by the classical teachers - variations, transitions, and sequences that bring depth, artistry, and personality to the method.

A strong starting point for anyone wanting to deepen their mat practice and continue through the series.

Open to all levels.
