MARKETING & COMMUNITY ASSISTANT

Full time role - working days required are Tuesday to Saturday

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing & Community Assistant who lives for building community, loves Pilates and yoga, and is excited to work as a bridge between our teams.  This role combines junior Marketing & Events responsibilities with Customer Service (digital and in-person). We’re looking for someone organised, creative, and who thrives on no two days being the same. This role reports to our key executive team members, and will involve working in our office and from studio locations in Sydney’s inner west. Some flexibility in working hours will be required such as starting or finishing at different times when required for events or to support our administration team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Marketing: 

  • Support the creation and scheduling of marketing campaigns across digital media including EDM and social media

  • Create in-studio social content including imagery and reels of instructors, lifestyle content, studio news, etc

  • Support our Marketing & Content Manager with day to day admin 

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and delivering events (in-studio or off-site)

  • Be hands-on for events including setting up, engaging with clients and ensuring high vibes and smooth execution

Community:

  • Answer customer communications & enquiries via our main inbox in the Scout voice to ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution of customer enquiries

  • Support our Studio Administration team with on the ground customer facing support 

  • Support our Community Engagement Manager with studio hires, post-event feedback and administration

Our ideal candidate has qualifications in communications, marketing or events.
