Parents & Cubs

Our class for new parents (with cubs up to 1 year). These classes give mums the support and instruction they need to redevelop core strength, pelvic stability, posture and flexibility. We offer mat based small prop, reformer and yoga classes for parents + cubs (we recommend doing a mixture of all three).
